Cancel from your Factor account

If Factor bills you directly, cancel from your Factor account before the cutoff for the next order. Use the account tied to the email address on your Factor receipt.

  1. Sign in to your Factor account.
  2. Open the plan, account, or subscription settings.
  3. Choose the option to manage or cancel your plan.
  4. Follow the prompts until Factor confirms the cancellation.
  5. Check whether the next scheduled order is still active.
  6. Save the confirmation email or final account screen.

Meal-kit subscriptions often run on weekly ordering deadlines, so the timing matters. If a box has already processed, cancellation may affect the following week instead.

Pause, skip, and cancel are different

Factor may show options to skip a week, pause deliveries, change meal count, or cancel. Those are not the same.

  • Skip can stop one delivery but leave the plan active.
  • Pause can delay deliveries but keep the account ready to restart.
  • Changing the meal count can lower the order but keep billing active.
  • Canceling should stop future recurring orders after the effective date.

Read the final screen carefully and make sure it says the plan is canceled if that is your goal.

Save the weekly cutoff

After canceling, record:

  • the Factor account email
  • the cancellation date
  • the next box date
  • whether a box has already processed
  • the final charge you expect
  • any meals, credits, or discounts still in the account

That record is useful if you restart later or if another weekly charge appears.

Keep weekly food subscriptions visible

Canceling Factor handles one meal subscription. Orbit helps you keep the rest visible.

Add the food, fitness, streaming, and software subscriptions you want to keep, see what renews next, and set reminders before regular charges are due. Weekly plans are easy to miss because the next charge comes around quickly.
