Cancel DashPass from DoorDash

If you pay for DashPass directly through DoorDash, cancel it from the DoorDash app or website. DoorDash's help page says to open your account, go to Manage DashPass, choose Cancel Membership, select a cancellation reason, and confirm by choosing Cancel DashPass.

  1. Open the DoorDash app or go to doordash.com.
  2. Open your account menu.
  3. Go to Manage DashPass.
  4. Choose Cancel Membership.
  5. Select the reason DoorDash asks for.
  6. Confirm with Cancel DashPass.
  7. Save the final confirmation screen or email.

Do not stop after choosing a reason. The useful endpoint is the final cancellation confirmation.

Check whether DashPass came from a partner

DashPass can also appear through partnerships, student offers, gifts, cards, or bundled promotions. Before you assume DoorDash is billing you directly, check:

  • the email on your DoorDash account
  • the payment method shown for DashPass
  • the renewal date in Manage DashPass
  • whether a partner promotion is attached
  • whether someone else in the household set up the membership

If the membership is connected to a partner offer, the exact cancellation path can depend on that offer. Start with Manage DashPass, then use DoorDash support if the page says the plan is controlled somewhere else.

Deleting the app is not cancellation

Deleting the DoorDash app, removing a payment card, or stopping orders does not necessarily cancel DashPass. The membership can keep renewing until the DashPass membership itself is canceled.

After canceling, write down:

  • the DoorDash account email
  • the cancellation date
  • the final access date
  • the renewal date that was shown
  • any partner or promo attached to the membership

Those details help if another charge appears or if you need to ask DoorDash support what happened.

Before another delivery membership renews

Canceling DashPass handles one membership. Orbit helps you keep the rest visible.

Add the subscriptions and bills you want to keep, see what renews next, and get reminders before free trials end or regular renewals are due. When you review your list, it is easier to spot delivery, streaming, software, and app subscriptions you no longer use and cancel them before the next charge.

People like Orbit because it is focused: no full budgeting dashboard and no bank-link requirement, just a clear iPhone app for subscriptions, trials, bills, reminders, widgets, and calmer renewal decisions.
