Start in your Hulu account

If Hulu bills you directly, cancel from your Hulu account page. Use the account tied to the email address on your Hulu receipt.

  1. Sign in to Hulu in a browser.
  2. Open your account page.
  3. Find the subscription or billing section.
  4. Choose the cancel option.
  5. Follow the prompts until Hulu confirms the cancellation.
  6. Save the confirmation email or final account screen.

If you only remove the Hulu app from your phone or stop watching, the subscription can keep renewing.

If another company bills Hulu

Hulu subscriptions are sometimes billed through a third party. If Hulu says your plan is managed somewhere else, cancel through that provider instead.

Check:

  • Disney or a bundle account
  • Apple subscriptions
  • Google Play subscriptions
  • Amazon, Roku, or another streaming device account
  • a TV, internet, or mobile provider
  • the receipt email and card statement description

The important job is to cancel the billing source, not just the Hulu profile.

Check add-ons and bundles

Hulu can sit inside a larger bundle or include add-ons. Before you leave the account page, check whether you have:

  • Hulu with ads or no ads
  • live TV
  • premium add-ons
  • Disney bundle billing
  • a student or partner offer

Canceling one part may not remove every related charge. Save the plan name and final access date so you know what should stop.

Track streaming renewals before they pile up

Canceling Hulu handles one streaming bill. Orbit helps you keep the rest visible.

Add the streaming services and memberships you want to keep, see what renews next, and get reminders before trials or regular renewals are due. When your streaming list is visible, it is easier to decide what is still worth paying for.
